The equipment has low investment, small footprint, no secondary contamination and low operating costs. Due to the easy capture of smaller dust particles, high purification efficiency, up to 85 ~ 95 %. The difference between its purification mechanism and the gas method is that the separation force is electrostatic, acting directly on the particles rather than on the air flow, so it has the characteristics of low energy consumption and low resistance.
Electrostatic filter: A gas containing dust particles. When a high-pressure electric field formed between a cathode line(also known as a corona) connected to a high voltage DC power supply and a grounded anode plate passes through, a corona discharge occurs at the cathode and the gas is ionized. At this time, The negatively charged gas ions, under the action of the electric field force, move toward the sun plate, and when they collide with the dust particles during the movement, the dust particles are negatively charged, and the charged dust particles are under the action of the electric field force. It also moves toward the anode and arrives at the anode. The electrons are released, and the dust particles are deposited on the anode plate, and the purified gas is discharged out of the dust filter.
